Start with
the useful details.

InboxPost is an operating, approval-only private email service. Public web sign-in is not available; approved members receive access details separately.

Why is there no free plan?

Because InboxPost is member funded rather than advertising funded.

Can anyone create an account?

No. Membership requires an approved application.

Do I pay when applying?

No. Payment occurs only after approval.

What happens after I request access?

Your application is reviewed. Approved applicants receive a private invitation to continue membership setup.

Can I use my own domain?

Custom-domain support is included with Signature and Black memberships.

What are Identity Layers?

Separate addresses managed under one InboxPost account.

Does InboxPost sell user data?

The member-funded business model avoids selling user information as a source of revenue.

Is InboxPost anonymous?

No anonymity claim should be made. InboxPost is privacy-focused, not an anonymous communication network.

Is InboxPost end-to-end encrypted?

Signature and Black include multilayer protection: end-to-end encryption, encryption in transit, and encryption at rest. Private includes encryption in transit and at rest.

How do I receive access?

Submit a request for approval. Once approved, InboxPost sends your member setup instructions and grants server access separately.

Membership isn't automatic.

That's intentional.
